Application Fees:
Credit score has to be at least 720 per person
Credit Check (married couple) – $28 per couple
Credit Check (single) – $26 per person
Criminal Check – $22 per person
Application process consists of: Credit check & criminal check, references from previous landlords, and interview with management.
Application process time is 5 – 7 business days.
Rent is paid via automatic withdrawal (from a checking or savings account) on the 10th of each month.
Apartments
1 Bedroom Rent - $610 per month
2 Bedroom Rent - $710 per month
-Pets are not permitted in the apartments.
-Rent includes water, sewage, and garbage pick-up.
-Security Deposit is equal to the first month’s rent.
Mobile Home Park
Single Wide Lot - $265 per month
Double Wide Lot - $300 per month
-Residents in the mobile home park are permitted one pet that can weigh no more than 20 pounds.
-Rent includes garbage pick-up.
-Security Deposit is $100.
